Definitions

User: any natural person, whether or not they have an account on the site, using this website or one of the services offered on it.

Data collection and processing purposes

This website collects personal data on all users browsing and consulting our website, in particular through the use of cookies in accordance with current legislation.

This data is collected when the user :

  • fills in an information form
  • contacts Customer Services using any means of communication available to them, such as a contact form, e-mail, etc.
  • browses the Site

The data collected is required for the following purposes:

  • Production of audience measurement statistics and marketing studies

Contact form

The User must fill in all the fields in the form for entering information on https://www.restaurant-emile.com/, with the exception of fields not displayed as compulsory, and must give their explicit consent to the use of the resulting data.

Failing this, the contact form will not be sent. ESMAHE will not respond to the User’s requests.

Recipients of data

The data collected is intended for use by ESMAHE.

Right of access, rectification and deletion

In accordance with the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the User has the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning him/her. Users may expressly object to the processing of their personal data.

The User must indicate his/her surname, first name and postal address. Their request must be signed and accompanied by a valid identity document bearing their signature. The User may specify the address to which the reply should be sent.
ESMAHE has a period of 2 months from receipt of the User’s request to respond. At the end of this period, the Customer may refer the matter to the CNIL in the event of a negative response or no response from ESMAHE.

Data retention period

ESMAHE keeps the data for a period of five years from the end of the relationship with the customer or prospect. The period begins either with the last call to customer service, or the sending of an email to customer service, or a click on a hypertext link in an email sent by ESMAHE. At the end of this period, the customer’s or prospect’s data will be anonymised.

Nevertheless, information used to establish proof of a right or a contract, or kept to comply with a legal obligation, may be archived in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
