We offer the house cassoulet as a take away in traditional clay pots:
- 18 €/person
We will explain to you the heating process upon collection. Depending on the size of the clay pot, the heating process will take 15 min to one hour and it will be ready to serve.
A deposit for the clay pot will be requested upon collection and will be reimbursed upon return. Deposit are as below :
- 1-portion pot : 7 €
- 4-portion pot : 15 €
- 6-portion pot : 20 €
- 8-portion pot : 25 €
We make takeaway meals to order
You can order in advance the dishes listed below to take home which will require minimal preparation before serving. Special requests can also be accommodated.

We also sell cassoulet prepared in tins following the traditional recipe that has made Emile renown for this local specialty
The 1.5kg tin is at 21.50€, equivalent in size to two portions served at the restaurant
